Head commit for run: f40379f3d5b9191df578ca8e265b2c33cb92b023 / cnj <[email protected]> perf(metrics): resolve dashboard resources once per archive export getDashboardsArchive listed the dashboards and then called getDashboardJson(uid) per entry, and each of those calls ran findResource -> resolveUniqueResources -> resolveResources, re-scanning and re-sorting the whole classpath*:grafana/*.json pattern for every archive entry (1 + N pattern resolutions for N dashboards; N is 10 on the current tree). Resolve the pattern once, derive both the visible list and the archive bodies from that single resolution, and stream each resource directly into the zip entry instead of decoding and re-encoding it as UTF-8. Skip semantics stay identical to the visible list, and a new test pins both the single resolution and the skip of unreadable assets. Verified: cd server && mvn -B -ntp test -Dtest=GrafanaDashboardServiceTest,GrafanaDashboardControllerTest -DfailIfNoTests=false -> 18 tests, 0 failures (14 service incl. 2 new, 4 controller).
