### What `UpsertPlainAccessConfigDTO` creates or updates a plain access account. It had no test. This adds 5 tests. ### What is pinned - the **access key is required**, and it is **trimmed on mapping while the secret is left alone**; - a null access key maps to null without throwing; - **the Lombok-generated `toString` never exposes the access key or the secret key** (`@ToString.Exclude`); - every permission field (whitelist, admin flag, default topic/group perms, per-topic/group perms) maps into the view. ### Verification - New tests on unmodified code: **5/5 green**, checkstyle clean. - Discriminating mutation: the `accessKey` trim dropped (red). - Restored: 5/5 green.
