### What
`ReportRunSpeedDTO` carries the generation speed the client measured while a
run streamed (`POST /api/ai/runs/{runId}/speed`), persisted so a replayed
transcript shows the same number. It had no test. This adds 4 tests.
### What is pinned
- the figure is **required** and **must not be negative**;
- it is **capped at 100000 tokens per second** so a bogus report cannot
store an absurdity;
- **a zero speed is a valid report**.
### Verification
- New tests on unmodified code: **4/4 green**, checkstyle clean.
- Discriminating mutation: the cap raised above 100000 (red).
- Restored: 4/4 green. Test-only change; no product code touched.
