### What `OpsVipChannelDTO` carries the VIP-channel toggle for the operations endpoint. It had no test. This adds 2 tests. ### What is pinned - **both toggle states are valid** and round-trip; - **an absent flag is rejected** — the operations endpoint must never silently default the client's channel mode when the caller omitted the setting. ### Verification - New tests on unmodified code: **2/2 green**, checkstyle clean. - Discriminating mutation: `@NotNull` inverted to `@Null` so both tests reddened (red). - Restored: 2/2 green.
