Addressed review 5478049590 in 70671669743fa024155c8b3416b471f71e8c767a. The API enum glossary now includes not_yet_valid, and all four status labels use the existing translation keys. New Chinese/English LangProvider tests cover all four tags; the English case fails on the previous implementation and passes with the fix. The preceding non-force merge 360d1817 resolves the conflict while retaining both future-validity and upstream UTC parsing regressions. Fresh service/controller tests pass 34/34 and focused frontend certificate/translation tests pass 16/16. TypeScript, Vite and the final artifact-license check pass; lint has 0 errors/10 warnings and formatting passes. Current-head CI: https://github.com/apache/rocketmq-dashboard/actions/runs/38034250005 . Backend tests pass 3436/3436; Go and Docker pass. Frontend has 1518 passes and two failures in unchanged CloudCredentialTab tests; all 14 certificate-page tests pass. The CloudCredential-only tests alternate between passing and the same failures locally on this exact source; base/preceding-head focused checks passed, so I am not claiming those failures have been reproduced on base. Backend Build has the same 164 missing LICENSE/COPYING diagnostics as base5e4c39b0. Overall CI is still red; no unrelated tests were changed or skipped.
