Pin the contract: Normalize replaces a nil context map; blank context names and every missing context field are rejected by name with the failing context named; credential references must be env:NAME with a valid identifier; a dangling currentContext is rejected at both load and save - and a rejected save never creates the file; absent files load as the empty config; directories never load; and Save replaces atomically with no .rmqctl-config-* leftovers.
