### What pin the bulk rule delete contract had no test. This adds the validation contract. ### What is pinned - the rule ids are **required and non-empty** - a delete that would silently match nothing must fail validation; - **at most 100 rule ids** per bulk delete; - **a null id inside the list is rejected**. ### Verification - New tests on unmodified code: **4/4 green**, checkstyle clean. - Discriminating mutations: the required constraints inverted (red). - Restored: green.
