### What QueueOffsetVO is one queue's readable offset window on one broker - the bounds the message browser paginates within. It had no test. This pins: the window round-trips, and a fresh window starts at zero. ### Verification - New tests on unmodified code: **2/2 green**, checkstyle clean. - Regression only (pure Lombok view). - Restored: green.
