### What CreateTopicDTO carries a topic registration. It had no test. This pins: the topic name is required (blank counts as missing), the queue counts are zero-or-positive, and toTopicVO() maps every field while an absent queue count leaves the view's default instead of zeroing it. ### Verification - New tests on unmodified code: **4/4 green**, checkstyle clean. - Discriminating mutation: the required name constraint inverted (red). - Restored: green.
