It had no test. This pins the documented defaults a zero-config deployment relies on: the collection cadence (PT30S, parallelism 4, PT15S timeout), the retention windows (24h snapshots, 30d notifications) and the outbox cleanup budget (500 per batch, 10 batches per pass). - New tests on unmodified code: **3/3 green**, checkstyle clean. - Discriminating mutation: the collection interval default drifted to PT1M (red).
