### What SystemAlertVO is the emitted alert as the feed renders it. It had no test. This pins: every field round-trips through the builder - identity, acknowledgement lifecycle, fingerprint, suppression chain and the labels payload - and a fresh alert reads as unacknowledged and unsuppressed. ### Verification - New tests on unmodified code: **2/2 green**, checkstyle clean. - Regression only (Lombok view with default-empty labels). - Restored: green.
