   ### Before Creating the Bug Report

   - [x] Searched current all-state issues/PRs and read relevant public
comments and actual Consumer file patches.
   - [x] This concerns RocketMQ Studio in this repository.
   - [x] Exact source and reproduction boundaries are stated below.

   ### Studio Version

   `rocketmq-studio`, current base `779b8c0e7aed2396d3cc72743dcd544ea48e9ae6`.
Reproduced from source in the existing component harness, not a deployed
cluster. The old-production regression ran at
`dad551c712d2eaf9f4db34487126d517ea17c0e4`; the relevant Consumer
production/test and npm manifest/lock blobs are unchanged at the final base.

   ### Runtime Environment

Local Windows frontend tests: Node 24.15.0, npm 11.12.1, Vitest/jsdom, the
real ConsumerPage/providers/checkbox/auto-refresh controls. Normal
consumer-service responses are controlled at the service boundary; no browser
deployment, MySQL or external RocketMQ service is claimed.

   ### Connected RocketMQ Cluster

None used for this component regression. It uses the existing valid consumer
fixture and a valid successful page result (`items: [], total: 0, page: 1,
size: 20`). No deletion method is called by the reproduction.

   ### Describe the Bug

A current successful empty inventory refresh removes the displayed group but
leaves the previously selected key and `删除 (1)` batch action. There is no
visible selected row to uncheck, even though the matching query now has zero
consumers.

   ### Steps to Reproduce

   1. Open Group management with a successful one-group page for the selected
instance/query.
   2. Select the group's real row checkbox and observe `删除 (1)`.
   3. Enable the ordinary auto-refresh control; its immediate list read uses
the same query.
   4. Let that current read successfully return `items: [], total: 0`.
   5. Observe the empty table while `删除 (1)` remains.

For a deterministic source reproduction, run the PR's
`keepsBatchSelectionBoundToConfirmedConsumerInventoryTest` cases against the
unchanged production file. The empty-success case fails at the visible
batch-action assertion; nonempty-success and rejected-read controls pass.

   ### What Did You Expect to See?

Clear the selection when the current query's successful inventory read
confirms total zero. Continue preserving selection for nonempty ordinary
refreshes, unsuccessful reads and the existing partial-delete retry policy.

   ### What Did You See Instead?

The matching inventory and displayed row disappear while the old
batch-action count remains one.

   ### Additional Context

Related #4465/#4473 covers scope-change selection and explicitly preserves
ordinary reload selection; this report is limited to a current successful
total-zero response. It does not change #6331's deletion-call contract or
propose pruning every nonempty returned page.

The minimal fix is in the linked PR. The added cases pass after repair; the
complete Consumer/service/API run is 83/84, with the unchanged
subscription-refresh assertion failing identically in a separate
clean-baseline/candidate comparison. The precise cause of that separate failure
is unknown. No timeout/old assertion change or full-suite/remote-CI success is
claimed. Lint (0 errors/10 unchanged-file warnings), production build, license
gate and changed-file formatting passed. AI assistance (Codex) was used and the
actual diff/validation boundaries independently reviewed.

   ### Are You Willing to Submit a Pull Request?

   - [x] Yes. Repair PR: https://github.com/apache/rocketmq-dashboard/pull/6352
