### What DLQExportResultVO is the JSON export payload. It had no test. This pins: the exported rows travel with the three scan-completeness signals (truncated, failedQueueCount, limit) - the same X-DLQ-Export-* contract the response headers expose - and a fresh export reads as complete and unlimited. ### Verification - New tests on unmodified code: **2/2 green**, checkstyle clean. - Discriminating mutation: the truncated default flipped to true (red). - Restored: green.
