### What AiToolVO is the catalog entry the tools page renders - name, description, risk and permission levels, required capabilities and the deprecation pair. It had no test. This pins: every field round-trips, and a fresh row reads as not deprecated. ### Verification - New tests on unmodified code: **2/2 green**, checkstyle clean. - Discriminating mutation: the deprecated default flipped to true (red). - Restored: green.
