### What ActiveAlertState is one rule firing on one resource - the key, the state it carries and the identity context (instance, labels) travel together. It had no test. This pins: the triple round-trips and the record is value-equal for the same triple. ### Verification - New tests on unmodified code: **2/2 green**, checkstyle clean. - Regression only (record carrier). - Restored: green.
