### What ImportTopicsResultVO is what the topic import returns. It had no test. This pins: the imported/failed counters with the imported topics and the per-entry failures (index, name, message) the import dialog renders row by row. ### Verification - New tests on unmodified code: **2/2 green**, checkstyle clean. - Regression only (Lombok result). - Restored: green.
