### Which Issue(s) This PR Fixes Fixes #6452 ### Brief Description Resolve an explicitly supplied `--config` path while generating the MCP client snippet. A later `mcp stdio` launch can then use the selected file even if the MCP client has a different working directory. No file or credential is read, and omitting `--config` retains the existing behavior. The existing cross-language fixture uses `/tmp/c.yaml`; its path expectation now accounts for Windows's drive-qualified absolute form while retaining the same argument order and credential-free structure. ### How Did You Test This Change? - Go 1.27.1 on Windows: `go test ./cmd -count=1 -v`: **48 top-level tests passed**, including subtests. - Both new relative-path cases failed before the fix. Tests cover Unicode/spaces, an absolute path, changing the launch working directory, a nonexistent config file, and omitting the flag. - `go vet ./cmd`, gofmt and `git diff --check`: passed.
