@lizhimins Supersedes #5235 (stale-bot closed; the sibling #5327 was also bot-closed without landing, so the five strings are still hardcoded on `rocketmq-studio`). Branch merged onto the current base. ## Review asks from #5235, applied 1. `t` is now in the dependency arrays of both effects that call `message.error(t(...))` — the records effect and the summary effect — matching trunk's exhaustive-deps convention and fixing the stale-locale closure. 2.
