@lizhimins Supersedes #5232 (stale-bot closed). Branch merged onto the
current `rocketmq-studio` and adapted to everything that moved under it.
## Review asks from #5232, applied
1. Rebased onto the #4829/#5023 world: `formatTimeMs` comes from
`utils/format`, the in-file `describe('formatTimeMs')` block is gone (it lives
in `format.test.ts` now), and the message-detail card keeps base's
`MessageProperties` rendering.
2. `{entry.message.size} bytes` now goes through the shared `formatBytes`
(#4834).
3. The description count is corrected — the file yields 11 cases, not 12 (8
`it` + one 3-value `it.each`).
Also kept through the merge: base's `ownsPull()` request-ownership guard
with this PR's translated failure message, and the thirteen (now more, after
base drift) hardcoded literals in `QueueBrowser.tsx` routed through the
dictionary. `QueueBrowser.test.tsx` is green on this branch.
