### What CloudImportResultVO is the outcome of a cloud instance import. It had no test. This pins: the discovered/imported/skipped counters round-trip, the bounded failure list carries its honesty flag (when set, the list holds only the first portion of failures - failedCount is the whole set), and a fresh result counts zero of everything. ### Verification - New tests on unmodified code: **3/3 green**, checkstyle clean. - Discriminating mutation: the failureDetailsTruncated default flipped to true (red). - Restored: green.
