### Which Issue(s) This PR Fixes - Fixes #11392 ### Brief Description AI coding assistants (Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf, Aider, Continue, Codeium, Gemini, etc.) drop their own configuration and cache files into the working tree. Contributors can easily commit these local artifacts by accident. This PR adds the common AI agent default files to the root `.gitignore`: - `.claude/`, `CLAUDE.md` - `.cursor/`, `.cursorrules` - `.windsurf/`, `.windsurfrules` - `.aider*` - `.continue/` - `.codeium/` - `.gemini/`, `GEMINI.md` - `AGENTS.md` No such files are currently tracked in the repository, so this is a purely additive ignore-rule change with no impact on existing files. ### How Did You Test This Change? - Verified that none of the ignored patterns match any file currently tracked in the repository (`git ls-files`). - Verified locally that files matching these patterns are no longer shown as untracked by `git status`. - No code change; build and runtime behavior are unaffected. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
