### What InstanceVendor is whose cloud the instance comes from: the self-hosted Apache kind and the two managed clouds (Aliyun, Tencent). It had no test. The import dialog and the capability cards key on these exact names, so this pins the three-constant vocabulary - a renamed or dropped constant would silently orphan every vendor-specific flow. ### Verification - New tests on unmodified code: **1/1 green**, checkstyle clean. - Regression only (enum vocabulary). - Restored: green.
