### What UpdateCloudCredentialDTO is the credential rotation request. Its secret redaction is already pinned by SensitiveRequestToStringTest, but the validation side had no test. This pins: the credential being rotated is identified by its id, every other field is optional (a rotation that only swaps the secret key stays valid without re-sending the name), and a missing id is rejected with its own message. ### Verification - New tests on unmodified code: **3/3 green**, checkstyle clean. - Regression only (validation matrix). - Restored: green.
