### Which Issue(s) This PR Fixes Fixes #6623. ### Brief Description Replace the remote rmqctl source directory along with server/web/deploy so removed Go files cannot survive extraction. Restore deploy/.env even when extraction removed its parent directory, retain the first failure status, and propagate a restore failure. Add offline source-replacement regression coverage to CI. ### Verification Base: rocketmq-studio@779b8c0e7aed2396d3cc72743dcd544ea48e9ae6. The following validation was completed on October 13, 2026 against the prepared source. The fork head and tree were rechecked on October 14; these tests are not claimed as a fresh rerun. Nine offline tests passed through the real Bash/tar package-and-upload flow, with SSH/SCP/Docker boundaries replaced. Coverage includes stale CLI source removal, environment preservation, fresh deployment, package exclusions and backup/extraction/restoration failures. These are not live deployment tests. Independent source/test review completed. AI assistance was used for implementation and regression authoring. Controlled fixtures were used; no live production incident, deployment or broker mutation is claimed.
