### Which Issue(s) This PR Fixes Fixes #6629. ### Brief Description Retain valid measured aggregate lag as independent backlog evidence even with absent or partial queue observations. Use the larger valid aggregate/queue observation for the existing thresholds, emit only one high-group-lag finding, and reject explicitly unavailable or invalid aggregate values. This does not change unknown-total presentation covered by #6433/#5926/#5564. ### Verification Base: rocketmq-studio@779b8c0e7aed2396d3cc72743dcd544ea48e9ae6. The following validation was completed on October 13, 2026 against the prepared source. The fork head and tree were rechecked on October 14; these tests are not claimed as a fresh rerun. Independent related coverage passed 71 tests; final focused verification passed 16 utility tests plus the real ConsumerPage regression. Full frontend run: 1,615 passed and two unchanged CloudCredential tests failed. At that verification point the clean-base single-file run passed all 21 tests, so this does not claim those failures were reproduced on base. A separate concurrent run that lost its worker after 29 passing tests is not counted as a pass. TypeScript/production build and artifact-license checks passed. Lint reported zero errors and ten existing warnings. Local tests used Node 24, while CI uses Node 20. Browser visual QA and a live cluster are not claimed. Independent source/test review completed. AI assistance was used for implementation and regression authoring. Controlled fixtures were used; no live production incident, deployment or broker mutation is claimed. Upstream CI for this new PR remains to be verified. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
