### Which Issue(s) This PR Fixes (local scan, no link) - Fixes #11443 ### Brief Description The broker and the client have supported batch deletion of topics and subscription groups for a while, but mqadmin never exposed it, so cleaning up a large set of migrated groups meant writing a custom client or issuing one deleteSubGroup call per group. This change wires the existing DELETE_TOPIC_IN_BROKER_LIST and DELETE_SUBSCRIPTION_GROUP_LIST requests into the tools layer, adding deleteTopicInBrokerList and deleteSubscriptionGroupList to MQAdminExt, DefaultMQAdminExt and DefaultMQAdminExtImpl. Two new subcommands, deleteTopicList and deleteSubscriptionGroupList, take the usual -b/-c target plus a required JSON file of names and register themselves in MQAdminStartup. The subscription group command follows deleteSubGroup by supporting -r/--removeOffset and by removing the derived %RETRY%/%DLQ% topics when it runs against a whole cluster. ### How Did You Test This Change? `mvn test -pl tools` - passed (Tests run: 183, Failures: 0, Errors: 0, Skipped: 5) -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
