Loyal-Young opened a new pull request, #6715:
URL: https://github.com/apache/rocketmq-dashboard/pull/6715

   ## What is the purpose of the change

Fixes #6714. If an ACL user search or rule filter request fails after a
successful load, the page currently leaves the previous rows and count visible.
Those stale rows still expose edit and delete actions under a query that did
not return them.

   ## Brief changelog

   - Clear only the failed ACL table's rows and total in its request error path.
   - Keep the existing error toast and the independent table's successful
results.
   - Add component regressions for failed user and rule filtered reloads.

This is distinct from the pending-loading-state work in #5527: it handles
the settled error state after a request rejects.

   ## Verification

   - The rule regression failed against the unchanged implementation; the user
regression first needed a test selector correction, then both passed with the
fix.
   - ACL page suite: 29 existing tests passed on the fixed implementation; the
two new tests passed in a focused rerun after assertion correction.
   - TypeScript `--noEmit`, changed-file ESLint, and `git diff --check` passed.

   ## AI assistance

AI assistance helped identify the failed-request state path and draft the
regression tests. I reviewed the error-path behavior and ran the checks listed
above.
