### Brief Description
The server test sources **fail to compile on the current rocketmq-studio
tip**, which fails the Backend Build and Backend Tests CI jobs for every open
PR:

(and the same at line 516). The two new quoted-recipient email tests stub
`claimForDispatch` with the **pre-#6494 five-argument signature**, while the
mapper has carried `expectedAttemptCount` as a sixth parameter since #6494
merged this morning. The two PRs touched different regions of the file, so the
merge had no textual conflict — only the combined state fails to compile.
Both stubs now pass `anyInt()` for the retry-count argument, exactly like
every other stub in the file (e.g. the ones #6494 itself updated).
### How Did You Test This Change?
- **Red on unpatched tip** (baf70ae6): `mvn test-compile` fails with exactly
the two errors above, matching the Backend Build/Backend Tests failures visible
on PRs opened against the tip today.
- **Green after**: `mvn test -Dtest='NotificationOutboxServiceTest'` — 36/36
pass (the two new tests included), `mvn checkstyle:check` clean.
