   Fixes #6429.

   A range-query series can carry a scalar sample whose value is `""` or
whitespace — the backend accepts it as text. Metrics Explorer converted it with
`Number(sample.value)`, and since `Number("") === 0`, an absent measurement
became a real zero in the chart, the detail table, the result summary and the
CSV export.

   The scalar path now runs through the same `finiteNumber` conversion the
histogram path already uses (blank/trimmed-away strings yield `undefined`,
which the existing sort filter drops), so blank samples stop manufacturing
measurements while real zeroes, signed decimals and scientific-notation samples
still render.

   `drops blank scalar samples instead of measuring them as zeroes` covers
chart samples, the summary count, the detail rows and the CSV rows: `''` and `'
  '` are dropped while `'0'`, `'2.5'` and `'1e-3'` survive with their exact
values.
