## What is the purpose of the change Fixes #6896. CSV export filenames used a UTC date even when the operator's browser was on the prior or following local calendar day. This affected ten Studio pages; the broker topology page can produce three differently named exports. ## Brief changelog - Add one `localExportDateStamp` helper using the existing local date formatter. - Use it for dated CSV filenames across instance, Studio, settings, cluster, and system-alert exports. - Cover both directions of the UTC/local date boundary in unit tests. The CSV payload and data timestamp formatting are unchanged. ## Verification - `vitest run src/utils/download.test.ts`: 6 passed, including UTC+8 and UTC-7 date-boundary cases. - `vitest run src/pages/studio/__tests__/UserManagement.test.tsx -t 'exports all users that match the active filters'`: 1 passed. - TypeScript `tsc --noEmit`: passed. - ESLint on all 12 changed files: no errors; two pre-existing warnings in `systemAlerts.tsx` and `LiteTopic.tsx`. - `git diff --check`: passed. ## AI assistance AI assistance helped identify the date mismatch across export callers, implement the shared date stamp, and draft the boundary tests. I reviewed the affected call sites and ran the checks above. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
