Fixes #6894 Preserve Prometheus-compatible query `infos` separately from warnings and render informational notices in the metrics explorer, including empty results. Older responses without infos remain supported. The API reference documents the additive field; sample and success semantics are unchanged. This draft starts the standard CI while the ECS frontend comparison finishes. Verified so far: - Local metrics page/utility suite: 78/78 pass; full frontend ESLint: 0 errors (10 warnings). - ECS full Java production/test-source compilation and Checkstyle, PrometheusMetricsSourceTest 24/24, Maven package and binary license gate (278 components): pass. - Reverting only the parser assignment makes 3 Java regressions fail; reverting only the page notices makes 2 page regressions fail. - Initial full ECS frontend run: 72/78 pass, with 5 timeouts at 20 seconds and 1 pointer-interaction failure in the unchanged history-source restoration group. Pending before this draft becomes ready: compare the exact baseline component and fixed component in fresh ECS processes, complete frontend build/license checks, and review standard CI results.
