Fixes #6938 ## The defect One empty state served three cases: no load yet, a load that returned no readable queues, and a failed load. The last two kept showing "select a topic and click Load Queues", and a failure left only a transient toast with no retry. ## The fix `useQueueBrowser` now tracks `hasLoaded` / `loadFailed` (reset on scope change). The results panel renders three states: the pre-load hint, a "this topic exposes no readable queues" explanation for a successful empty answer (new `queueBrowser.noReadableQueues` copy), and a persistent error with a 重试 button for a failed load. ## Tests Red before the change: ``` Unable to find an element with the text: /没有可读队列/ Unable to find an element with the text: 加载队列信息失败 ``` Green after (`QueueBrowser.test.tsx` 22/22), with `tsc -b`, eslint and prettier clean. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
