### Which Issue(s) This PR Fixes - Fixes #4736 ### Brief Description A slow tool execution could paint its result under a different tool or instance, or toast after the dialog closed. Invalidate execution results when their tool, scope, input or modal session changes, and guard both success and failure delivery. Keep the request submission lock until the actual call settles, including when its UI result was discarded. The previous #4738 is closed and unmerged. This implementation targets the current instance-based playground. ### How Did You Test This Change? - Before the fix: seven regressions failed for stale success delivery and same-tick double submission. - After the fix: 13 execution tests cover late success/failure after tool, instance, input, close/reopen, external close and unmount, plus normal execution and duplicate suppression. - Full frontend suite: 162 files / 1775 tests passed. - TypeScript compilation and production build including license check passed. - Lint: 0 errors / 10 existing warnings. `git diff --check` passed. ### Checklist - [x] One coherent change; unrelated modifications are not bundled in - [x] Conventional Commit with DCO sign-off - [x] Regression tests added; test names end in Test - [x] No new UI copy or dependencies - [x] New test includes the ASF header -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
