## What is the purpose of the change Fixes #6982. The JDK input-stream body handler returns after response headers. Starting a fresh `requestTimeout` for body reading therefore permits a streaming call to consume almost twice the configured budget. Record the monotonic start time before sending the request and pass it into the body reader. The reader waits only for the remaining budget and retains the existing stream close/cancellation and HTTP 504 error mapping. ## Verification Added a local HTTP fixture that delays headers by 600 ms and then a valid SSE completion by another 600 ms, with a one-second request timeout. - Before the fix: the new regression fails because the client accepts the completion after about 1.2 seconds. - After the fix: `mvn -B -ntp -Dtest=OpenAiCompatibleLlmClientTest test` passes all 30 tests and Checkstyle on Java 21, including the existing body-read timeout test. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
