## Summary Fixes #7001. Use the existing `TextBounds.truncate` helper for terminal run error fields. This prevents splitting a surrogate pair at the 64/1,000-character boundaries and avoids discarding text that fits in the character budget. Regression tests drive the provider failure/finalization path and inspect the run repository update, including valid UTF-8 encoding, emoji and CJK extension boundaries, and an in-budget supplementary-character message. ## Validation `mvn -B -ntp -Dtest=AiRunExecutorTest,TextBoundsTest test` on Java 21: **28 tests passed**, Checkstyle passed. All three added regression cases failed before the fix. No live MySQL or full backend suite was run locally.
