## Problem The ACL account keyword and ACL rule principal/resource filters pass raw user text to MyBatis-Plus `LIKE`. A keyword such as `svc_%` is interpreted as a wildcard pattern, so the account or rule list can show unrelated ACL entries. These filters are presented as plain text search fields. ## Expected behavior Match `%`, `_`, and backslash literally in the ACL list filters while retaining substring matching for ordinary text and keeping values bound as query parameters. ## Reproduction With ACL accounts `svc_a` and `svc_%`, search the account list for `svc_%`.
