   ### Which Issue(s) This PR Fixes

   Fixes #7041

   ### Brief Description

One worker-level deadline covers enhancement, generation and resume
recovery. On expiry use the existing TIMEOUT cancellation handle; never enter
another provider call after cancellation. Cancel the deadline when execution
exits, and reserve up to five seconds (10 percent for short budgets) for
stopping/finalization before the observer expires. Provider timeouts remain
additional limits and a success already projected/user Stop retains existing
precedence. No new dependencies or protocol fields.

   ### How Did You Test This Change?

   - Two regressions failed on baseline: enhancement expiry still invoked
generation; successful execution had no deadline task to cancel.
   - Java21 conversation suite: 212 tests passed; 0 Checkstyle violations.
   - Real worker + scheduler with a 500ms context interrupts blocked
enhancement and writes TIMEOUT without invoking generation.
   - Final renamed-test/import-independent run of AiRunExecutorTest and
Checkstyle: 23 passed.
   - git diff --check passed.

Full backend suite and real-model long-running calls not run locally.
Deadline starts when the worker executes. Socket interruption, configured stop
grace and DB latency can delay final exit; the reserve is not a guarantee that
every terminal write precedes transport close. This is documented.

   ### Checklist

   - [x] One coherent change
   - [x] Conventional Commit and ...Test names
   - [x] Existing ASF headers retained
   - [x] No new API, dependency or source files
   - [x] Wall-clock boundary documented
