## Problem The bulk message-property paste parser splits only LF and CRLF lines. A CR-only input such as `traceId=one\rtenant=demo` is interpreted as one property whose value contains the second `key=value` pair. Sending the message silently loses the `tenant` property. ## Expected behavior Treat CR-only, LF-only, CRLF, and mixed line endings as record separators, while preserving commas and additional equals signs within values. ## Proposed fix Split on all three newline forms and add a regression test for CR-only and mixed input. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
