   ## Problem

Audit search passes the operator's text directly to three SQL `LIKE`
predicates (`operator`, `resource_name`, and `detail`). Literal `%` and `_`
characters are interpreted as wildcards, so searching for a resource name such
as `topic_%` can return unrelated audit records. The same filter builder drives
the paged timeline, summary cards, and hotspot queries, so all views can show
the broader result.

   ## Expected behavior

Escape SQL `LIKE` metacharacters in the free-text audit search while
retaining substring matching and bound parameters. Exact target, operation,
date, and cluster filters should retain their current behavior.
