### Which Issue(s) This PR Fixes Fixes #7088 ### Brief Description The completed-run speed fallback and live speed survive conversation changes. Opening an unmeasured historical answer in another conversation can therefore display the previous conversation's token speed. Reset both exposed speeds and their tracker alongside the existing conversation/abort reset. The completed-run fallback stays available while viewing the same conversation. ### How Did You Test This Change? - Fail-before against unchanged `rocketmq-studio@127c47b0`: two hook regressions received `1` instead of `null`; the routed real-AiPage regression showed conversation 7's `1.0 token/s` badge on conversation 8's unmeasured answer. - `cd web && npm exec vitest run src/pages/ai -- --pool=threads --maxWorkers=1`: **22 files, 278 tests passed**. - Covers finished-run navigation, active-run navigation to the new-conversation route, stale-stream completion, and preserved same-conversation fallback. - `tsc -b`, changed-file ESLint/Prettier, and `git diff --check` passed. - Independent source/test review completed. No backend, protocol, new UI text or dependency changes. No live provider or cluster was used.
