### Problem The server runtime Docker stage always installs `node-v20.19.2-linux-x64`, including all five executable symlinks. The Dragonwell 21 base image has both linux/amd64 and linux/arm64 manifests, so an ARM64 build selects an ARM64 OS but installs an x64 Node executable. npm/agent CLI execution cannot run natively in that image. ### Evidence - `docker buildx imagetools inspect alibabadragonwell/dragonwell:21` lists linux/amd64 and linux/arm64. - Node 20.19.2 publishes both linux-x64 and linux-arm64 archives: https://nodejs.org/download/release/v20.19.2/SHASUMS256.txt - Executing the Dockerfile's actual Node installation shell instruction with recording stubs and TARGETARCH=arm64 records an x64 download and x64 symlink sources on c34535d. ### Expected Select the Node distribution and symlink sources using Docker's target architecture, with an explicit error for unsupported architectures. Shell regression tests cover amd64, arm64 and unsupported targets without network downloads or system changes.
