### Which Issue(s) This PR Fixes Fixes #7158. ### Brief Description Prepend the existing ASF source header from `web/src/App.tsx` to 19 reviewed first-party frontend files. Eighteen had no source header; `web/src/utils/format.test.ts` already had an Apache-2.0 SPDX identifier, which is preserved verbatim after the added header. This is one source-distribution metadata cleanup. All original bytes and file modes are preserved. No runtime behavior, LICENSE/NOTICE, dependencies, generated files, third-party assets or copyright attribution changes. The scope follows the existing source-header guidance in CONTRIBUTING.md. The source/provenance and duplicate-work review is described in #7158. This does not claim to repair the dependency license gate or provide a repository-wide license audit. ### How Did You Test This Change? - A read-only Git-blob checker verified the complete diff is exactly the 19 audited paths, all remain mode 100644, and removing the exact 803-byte inserted prefix restores each baseline blob byte-for-byte. The original SPDX line is retained. The checker also contains a negative control for an extra newline. - An independent final review repeated the blob and file-mode comparison: 19 files, 323 added lines, zero removals, no other changes. - `node node_modules/typescript/bin/tsc -b --force`: passed. - ESLint on all 18 changed TypeScript/TSX files: passed with no errors or warnings. - `node node_modules/vitest/vitest.mjs run src/pages/login/index.test.tsx src/utils/format.test.ts --maxWorkers=1`: 2 files / 36 tests passed. - `git diff --check`: passed. Worktree clean at commit. The initial local TypeScript attempt exhausted a deliberately small 512 MiB Node heap; the unchanged tree passed with 768 MiB. No Vite build, backend tests or full frontend suite were run for this comment-only patch.
