## Summary Fixes #6997. - Share the path-only API base normalization between configuration and the OpenAI-compatible client. - Insert endpoint paths before query/fragment suffixes, preserving their raw encoding and values. - Validate the path rather than interpreting a query value ending in `/chat/completions` as an endpoint path. - Exercise model listing, complete and stream calls against a local HTTP server, plus configuration save/read round trips. ## Validation `mvn -B -ntp -Dtest=OpenAiCompatibleLlmClientTest,LlmConfigServiceTest test` on Java 21: **67 tests passed**, Checkstyle passed. Before the fix, five newly added regression cases failed: wrong HTTP request paths and mutated/un-normalized saved URLs. Final coverage includes plain and full endpoint bases, with and without fragments, plus escaped query values. The full backend suite was not run locally.
