### Which Issue(s) This PR Fixes Fixes #7179. ### Brief Description Add an in-place Retry action to the resource operation timeline error. A failed page read currently removes the pagination controls; recovering requires changing dates or closing/reopening the modal, which loses the current view. Reuse common.retry and include a reload generation in the local response identity. Retrying immediately replaces the old error with loading while retaining the same resource, cluster scope, dates, page and page size. The existing request-version guard still ignores obsolete responses. No backend/API changes or new UI strings. ### How Did You Test This Change? - Five new real-AntD regressions: English/Chinese initial-read recovery; filtered page 2 with clusterIdMissing; repeated failure followed by a successful empty result; and a late retry after switching resources. - Exact final tests against unchanged production: 5 failures, each at the absent Retry action. - Final related suite: 61 tests passed across 5 files. - Forced TypeScript build, changed-file ESLint/Prettier and git diff --check passed. Independent review of the final diff found no blocking issue.
