### Which Issue(s) This PR Fixes Fixes #7181 ### Brief Description After a successful single-alert acknowledgement, invalidate in-flight alert reads immediately and refresh the current filters/page. This prevents a pre-ACK snapshot from restoring the Acknowledge action and loads the persisted acknowledgement actor/time. If reconciliation fails, the local successful ACK remains visible and the existing read retry is available; a failed ACK does not trigger a refresh. A synchronous generation guard is needed in addition to the refresh nonce: ACK and an older GET can settle in the same React batch before effect cleanup runs. Targets rocketmq-studio at 127c47b06a268cc74224d5f34c56ec7c36ac0d55. No backend, bulk-ACK, summary, or new translation changes. ### How Did You Test This Change? From web/: - node node_modules/vitest/vitest.mjs run src/pages/ops/__tests__/SystemAlertsPage.test.tsx src/api/ops.test.ts src/services/opsService.test.ts --maxWorkers=1: 3 files, 81 tests passed. - node node_modules/typescript/bin/tsc -b --force: passed. - node node_modules/eslint/bin/eslint.js src/pages/ops/systemAlerts.tsx src/pages/ops/__tests__/SystemAlertsPage.test.tsx: 0 errors, one pre-existing effect-dependency warning. - node node_modules/prettier/bin/prettier.cjs --check src/pages/ops/systemAlerts.tsx src/pages/ops/__tests__/SystemAlertsPage.test.tsx: passed. - git diff --check: passed. Seven real-AntD regressions cover EN/ZH attribution, delayed pre-ACK reads, same-batch settlement with failed reconciliation, current-page preservation, failed writes, and successful-write/failed-read retry. On the unchanged base, six fail and the failed-write control passes. A nonce-only implementation still fails the same-batch regression. No live cluster, full frontend build, or backend suite was run. ### Checklist - [x] One coherent change - [x] Conventional Commit subject - [x] Regression tests added with Test suffixes - [x] No new UI text, source files, architecture, or documented configuration changes -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
