   ### Before Creating the Bug Report

   - [x] I have searched the [open
issues](https://github.com/apache/rocketmq-dashboard/issues) of this repository
and believe that this is not a duplicate.

   - [x] This is a defect in RocketMQ Studio, not a usage question and not a
defect in another Apache RocketMQ repository.

   - [x] I can reproduce this on the current `master` branch, or I have stated
the exact version I am running below.

   ### Studio Version

   rocketmq-studio at 127c47b06a268cc74224d5f34c56ec7c36ac0d55

   ### Runtime Environment

Frontend demo/mock mode. Reproduced deterministically with the real consumer
service, bundled mock data and CSV parser/validator; Linux, Node 24.19.0,
Vitest 4.1.10.

   ### Connected RocketMQ Cluster

No live cluster required. Bundled instance-proxy-1 and instance-direct-1
demo instances.

   ### Build Toolchain

npm toolchain from the existing lockfile; no backend build or database
involved.

   ### Describe the Bug

The mock createConsumerGroup path rebuilds the stored ConsumerGroup without
deliveryOrderType. The form and CSV validator pass this field correctly, but
successful creation/import discards it. Subsequent reads and exports therefore
lose the chosen FIFO order. This report concerns demo metadata fidelity, not
live broker ordering.

   ### Steps to Reproduce

   1. In demo mode, export the bundled cg-inventory-sync FIFO group from
instance-proxy-1. Its Delivery Order Type is PARTITON_ORDER.
   2. Import that CSV into instance-direct-1. Import reports success.
   3. Export the imported group again.

Equivalent service regression: exportConsumerGroups -> parseCsvTable ->
validateConsumerGroupCsvImport -> importConsumerGroups -> exportConsumerGroups.
Direct mock creation with either PARTITON_ORDER or MESSAGES_ORDER also loses
the field when reading the created group.

   ### What Did You Expect to See?

The selected deliveryOrderType survives mock creation/read and CSV
import/export.

   ### What Did You See Instead?

The created/read group has undefined deliveryOrderType and its exported
Delivery Order Type cell is empty. The three new focused regressions all fail
on unchanged production code for these missing values.

   ### Additional Context

The missing assignment is in web/src/services/consumerService.ts
createConsumerGroup mock branch. Provider-side changes such as #4839, #5950 and
#6945 address live broker/API paths, not this mock storage path. A one-line fix
plus three regressions has 62 related tests passing, forced
TypeScript/ESLint/Prettier and production/license build passing.

   ### Are You Willing to Submit a Pull Request?

   - [x] Yes, I am willing to submit a pull request.
