I would like to fix this. Confirmed the root cause on `rocketmq-studio`: the Mock branch of `web/src/services/opsService.ts` `createAlertSilence` only assigns an id and prepends to `alertSilencesState`, while the REST path never reaches persistence because `AlertSilenceService.create` rejects it with `BusinessException(400, "Silence end time must be after start time")`. I will make the Mock branch enforce the same strictly-after ordering before it mutates the inventory (so a rejected request leaves the list unchanged) and add a deterministic vitest regression in `opsService.test.ts`.
