Head commit for run: 401d3ad178182c5d5ddd52b8d7ed8372829cec6c / dxz0069 <[email protected]> fix(audit,acl): read/write mapper split, copy semantics, and wire-wide UTC Review rework for #6686: - maskCredentials masks only again: updateUser echoes the stored row, so the write paths agree with create; the read paths (listUsers, pageUsers, getUser) go through a new forWire mapper that shifts the fresh masked copy to the UTC wire. - AuditService.toUtcWire returns a copy, so the stored row keeps its server-local base; summarize shifts AuditSummaryVO.latestAt too, so the whole audit JSON surface carries UTC while the CSV keeps naming the server offset. - formatUtcDateTime delegates to parseUtcDateTime, so both share the space-separated zone-less handling. - The audit tool catalog now says the timestamp is an offset-less UTC wall clock (audit.yaml) and the Go catalog is regenerated. - The audit timestamp sorter hunk is dropped in favor of #6687's removal direction; the render keeps formatUtcDateTime. - Coverage: getRule, getUserCredentials, pageUsers, both Tencent branches, the write-path echo, the stored-row-keeps-base invariant and summarize.latestAt all have assertions now.
