## Problem Topic export requests can supply `clusterId`, but the REST/controller service path drops it for instance-scoped exports and mixes clusters. ## Fix Forward `clusterId` through TopicController and MetadataService and apply the existing instance-scoped topic filter before generating CSV. ## Testing - pre-fix deterministic MockMvc regression: failed with cluster-a + cluster-b output - focused service/controller regression: 4 passed - full affected classes: MetadataServiceTest + TopicControllerTest, 81 passed - checkstyle: 0 violations Fixes #7189 -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
