URL: https://github.com/apache/rocketmq-dashboard/issues/7236

   ## Problem

In Mock mode, creating an instance with a name already in the inventory
appends a second row with the same name. The real
`InstanceService.createInstance` calls `requireUniqueInstanceName` and rejects
that request with `Instance name already exists: <name>`. Instance
capabilities, updates, and deletes in the web Mock store look up rows by name,
so accepting the duplicate also makes those operations ambiguous.

   ## Reproduction

   1. Create a Mock instance with the name of an existing instance, for example
`instance-direct-1`, and a different endpoint.
   2. `createInstance` resolves and `listInstances` now contains two rows with
that name. A name padded with spaces also bypasses a simple exact-name
comparison.

   ## Expected

The Mock create rejects a normalized duplicate name and leaves the inventory
unchanged, matching the backend's uniqueness contract. This is separate from
the blank-name and endpoint validation in #6824 / #6825.
